What we collect
Information you share with us through our contact, trade application, and newsletter forms - such as your name, email, phone, and business details. If you purchase from our shop, your order and payment details are processed securely by Shopify. We also collect standard site-usage analytics.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiries, review trade applications, fulfill orders, send the letters you signed up for (you can unsubscribe anytime, from any email), and understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Services that help us
We use a small set of tools that process data on our behalf: Shopify (checkout), MailerLite (email), Google Analytics, Meta, and Sentry (error monitoring). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information.
