Shipping Policy

Everything ships from our showroom in Austin, Texas, and we send tracking when your order leaves.
Objects and accessories
Tabletop, decor, objects and anything else shown as in stock.
- United States: $12 per order, and free on orders of $250 or more.
- Canada and Mexico: $40 per order. Import duties, taxes and any brokerage fees are charged by your country on delivery and are paid by you.
Original art
- United States: shipping is free. Every work is inspected and condition-checked before it leaves us, and arrives crated or wrapped to museum standard.
- Outside the United States: email us before you order and we will quote crating and delivery for that piece.
Made-to-order furniture
We handle freight, customs and white-glove delivery ourselves. Delivery is quoted with your order, because it depends on the piece, where it is made and where it is going. We confirm timing for your specific piece rather than publish a general lead time.
In Austin
- Pickup: collect your order from the showroom at 3800 N Lamar Blvd, Suite 100, Austin, free. Choose Pickup at checkout and we will tell you when it is ready.
- Local delivery: offered at checkout for addresses in our Austin delivery area.
If something arrives damaged
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, or it is not what was confirmed on your order, photograph it exactly as it arrived, packaging included, and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will repair, replace or refund it. Reports made after 48 hours are not covered.
Returns
Return shipping is paid by you. Everything else about returns is in our Returns and Refunds policy.
